Publisher's summary

Book one: "Heart's Beat"

For Dylan, working as head bartender for Club Khronos is the ultimate job opportunity. There's no way he could've foreseen how torturous the position would become. Six months of craving Cade has driven Dylan insane. No matter what he tries, Dylan can't get a clear read on Cade. When Cade does finally make his move, Dylan realizes a fate worse than never having the man of his dreams - being kept a secret.

Book two: "Heart's Song"

Hawke swore one day he'd hate Maddox for using him....

Maddox, lead singer of the band Ugly Eternity, is a man of many secrets. Unfortunately, Hawke isn't one of them. He's been openly using Hawke for his delicious body for over a year, taunting him with a half-life, and always giving him just enough hope to keep him hanging on.

Book three: "Heart's Strum"

Jamie has spent his entire life playing the good twin. Now, he's the one standing out after signing with Guillotine Records. Two years of being on his own in California hasn't lessened his desire for the man who made it happen. Too bad that man belongs to one of Jamie's oldest friends.

Book four: "Heart's Duo"

What began as a half-baked scheme to help his brother win the man of his dreams has become a tailspin Joss can't escape. His actions and secrets have kept him from making any real claim on the woman who captured his attention years ago.

Book five: "Heart's Chord"

For Austen, Finn is the perfect man. If he sees anything lacking in Austen, he never shows it. But falling in love with Finn changes everything for Austen. All the insecurities he's faced since he has come home from deployment confined to a wheelchair come rushing back to the surface. No matter how hard he tries, he can't let Finn in.

A very good series!

Any additional comments?

I love this author and her books are great. It is not that I think the narrator is bad, it is just hard for me to identify with the male characters. I think it would have been better with a male narrator.

Good Books, BAD choice for Narrator!

Is there anything you would change about this book?

While Hollie Jackson is a good narrator, she is NOT GOOD for a MM romance where its GUYS talking about doing GUYS!!!!

Would you be willing to try another one of Hollie Jackson’s performances?

I have listened to many of her audio books, she's good when a woman is involved in the scenes, NOT when its guys doing guys!

Female narrator... just NO

I didn't notice this had a female narrator or I would have skipped it. I love CP, have read all of her books and was so excited to find this on audio. Until the book started. To choose a female narrator, a girly-girl sounding narrator to boot, for a M/M romance is just crazy. Such a turn off. Was this a friend of the author? A low-ball bid to do the series? Come on, spring for a man, a Greg Tremblay or Iggy Tomma type voice. I tried, but could even get thru the first chapter.
