Life changing!
A much needed reminder - God loves me! This audio book made me feel like I was there with Mac. I cried with him, for him, and for me. I associated with a lot of his views, especially 'emotions'.
Not only will I recommend this book to everyone, I need to listen to it again and again.

Not a true story yet truth
I enjoyed this storyline and even though it's fiction, the author does a wonderful job depicting the processes that God so faithfully and patiently walks us through for the benefit of our healing and wholeness. The reader of this audiobook did a great job brining the story to life. Great read! I can't imagine how a movie could capture the essence of each character and the overall story, but I look forward to it.

A Must Read
We read this book in Book club and wow what a book it is. It was heart racing, sad, frustrating, spiritual and inspirational, and beautiful. Many quotes from Papa really enlightened me and change the way a thought about that situation. I'm definitely passing this on.

it's made me to look at things alittle differently
at first I had my doughts but it picked up and all of a sudden i got it and it's made me to look at things in alittle different light. I enjoy the narrator and think he did a pretty good job. I will reread this book again and I recommend it. a very good book. enjoy!
