I gave this 3 stars for the story rating, only because I think there was something wrong with Coco's mother's story line. I thought that when Coco went to talk to Nine he told her the story of her and Star. He told her that her mom was Sabrina (chapter 4 at 4:minutes), to which she was surprised because she that her mother's name was Kesha because of bogus birth certificates.
However, when Boa took her to the hospital/nursing home she met Kesha and Coco still referred to her as mommy.
If I'm incorrect I give this book 5 stars.
I don't like that there's so many frekkin names to keep up with! I had to take out a note pad and write them all out, it's a bit annoying. Anyways boa is something else, I was mad coco let him act the way he did, normally she quick to handle the b.s. The reveal of the truth is a shocker!!!
I love audio books & my Kindle is always with me. Good or bad, I hate not knowing how a book or series will end.
I enjoyed part two of this series. there was an interesting twists. and I'm still a little confused on certain things, but I'm hoping to be cleared up in part 3. I love that kayson came back in the end and how terrencr and bioa'strue self was revealed. Coco is still not my favorite person but maybe she'll grow on me. there was a lot of action a lot of movement a bit of character development but not overly but all in all a good listen.
