I'm a Jojo Moyes fan

I've only recently found the author Jojo Moyes, and I'm so pleased. This is one of her earlier books but just as good as the rest.
I love the message about how lives can change in the matter of days, and everyone deserves a second chance, and most importantly how communication can eleviate so much heartache.
This is a wonderful story about a man who believed that everything is made up of 'black and white', but found out its shades of grey, which he and his life became richer for it.
I recommend this book.

well written but hard work

I first read Jojo's book "Me before you" and I absolutely loved it. Excited about my discovery I bought my second book "One Plus One" and it did not work for me. It is very well written and extremely well read, but the overall story is hard work and such a downer until almost the end. There is only so much misfortune I like to listen to....While "Me before You" also deals with misfortune it seemed to have more wit and humor in between to lift you up.
In One Plus One it starts off with quirky characters and humor but it gets pretty soon lost and the story became hard work as it dragged from discomfort to discomfort....
However it is very well written and the reading is excellent.
I loved "Me before You" and highly recommend it....but I am uncertain now if I want to buy another Jojo Moyes book.
