A nice, fluffy mystery

This book is not ment for mystery buffs since it doesn't have a lot of depth but it's nevertheless an enjoyable read. This book makes up the lack of depth with charm. The main character is interesting and I'd like to see what happens to her next.

Cute and Fluffy Maybe; But Not Too Bad

This is a cute little piece of literary fluff that is a nice listen if you don't take it too seriously or expect too much rationality. Casey Cook has a well done backstory as the black sheep of the family; currently living with her grandmother. Without money, a girlfriend, or a job her life doesn't seem to be in too good a place. When she is asked out by a girl she's been crushing on for too long she believes her luck is turning. Unfortunately for her the girl is ready to hookup not find a relationship and Casey is freaked by this and refuses and ends up left with the check for both their dinners. This is what happens when fifty year olds write first person millennial; I suppose that some young girls my age (22) might be horrified that a chic that she's all spun up about wants jump into bed, perhaps someone has even met them. There are of course some scenes that come off about as real to life as the X-files but all in all it's a nice little book and a decent listen for girls, (or guys) who are into lesbian fiction/ romance.
