Intriguing
Based on a true story of several people combined during atrocities of the holocaust. Alyson Richmond wrote this book beautifully from beginning of the first word to the end of the last word. Kept me at the edge of my seat thanks to both the writing and the amazing actors narrating this book. Highly recommended!

Just one thing I didn't like.
I believe the book would have been one of strong suspense and anticipation to the end if the first chapter did not pre - tell the last one. I would suggest to new readers to skip the first chapter and you will enjoy the book more.

Beautifully written
Well done the author did a splendid job in her research. Wonderful story with rich history. I cannot understand how anyone could ever dispute the FACTS about the holocaust, it happened and that’s all there is to it. I still can’t understand yet today how one person turned so many into inhumane human beings. This novel certainly brings it to life. I hope the author and the narrator won rewards, they deserve it.

Truly good story
Would you listen to The Lost Wife again? Why?
Yes, for sure. I bought it to hear about Prague's WWII history as we are going there for trip. It turned out to be so much better than I had expected.
What was one of the most memorable moments of The Lost Wife?
When we find out who the two old people are at the wedding that happens in chapter 1, and ends with finishing that moment. i was in tears! Didn't want the story to end. Wanted to keep going to see how they moved forward.

A wonderful story
From the first pages to the end I loved this book. The narrators carefully painted a vivid picture for me, keeping me deeply immersed in the book.
After listening to the first few chapters, I've recommended this book to many friends. It's a wonderful story and I was sad it the book was over.
