Loved it!!!
This was probably one of my favorite Nicholas Sparks books. Love all his work but this one was so moving and never once bored me. The readers did a phenomenal job

Beautifully written with an equally beautiful performance
Ron McLarty and January LaVoy did an absolutely beautiful job with reading this book. They truly did the characters justice. The book itself is wonderful. In the last years I’ve been hit or miss with some of Nicholas Sparks’s books. Lately I’ve been very hesitant to read or listen to anything by him except the books I already know and love. I took a chance and boy it paid off. This book had me laughing, crying, smiling, and mourning right along with the characters. This is truly what I look for in a Nicholas Sparks book. Like most books, the movies never do them justice so I will never watch the movie based on the book. Even reading the synopsis of the movie, I knew it would never compare to the true depth and beauty in the book.
