It’s the midpoint of the seven-year Tribulation. A renowned man is dead, and the world mourns. In heaven, the battle of the ages continues to rage until it spills to earth and hell breaks loose. The members of the Tribulation Force, three in the safe house and the rest scattered about the globe, face their most dangerous challenges. Some are murder suspects; others test the precarious line between subversion and being revealed.
Rayford Steele must escape Israel. Buck Williams must find a friend. Chloe, Buck’s wife, despairs for the life of her baby. David, Annie, Mac, and Abdullah are toiling inside the very lair of the evil one, always a breath away from lives as fugitives.

it was an important book and the suspense was built as what we all knew was coming came, but not untill the end, which is why it dragged along. was worth it though.
I was so exited reading and downloading the left behind series, and got used to Richard's voice as the narrator. I was disappointed when I downloaded book 7 and found out a different narrator named Jack S. If you have been listening to Richard's narrations, check before downloading. I lost one credit and had to download the one with Richard's voice. I am not saying Jack S. is a bad narrator, but if you have been listening and getting familiar with Richard Ferrone, you are going to be dissapointed. Audible should warn about this. Actually if you browse the left behind series, it shows the Jack S. version. I am very dissapointed. Lost one credit, but very exited to keep on reading. I have not been able to find book 8 with Richard's voice though. It is not the same.
