Another great collaboratoin for Gabaldon & Porter
Once this Outlander series begins, you can't step away. Davina Porter is brilliant as a narrator of so many voices and brogues. Amazing. Definitely 5 stars!

Loved the book!!
Diana Gabaldon is a master at weaving a story, especially as she weaves it so tightly over her many book series! It must be mentioned that Davina Porter is much more than a narrator, she is an absolutely amazing voice actress. As soon as she begins reading a character’s lines, you know exactly who’s speaking. Her male characters are as varied & delightful as her female characters!!! I can’t wait to dive into book 6.

I can't get enough
What did you love best about The Fiery Cross?
Roger clawing his way back from death
Who was your favorite character and why?
I like them all for different reasons, but if I must choose, it would have to be Clair.
What does Davina Porter bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
Davina Porter sets the book on fire, her narration is quite enchanting. Davina makes me forget that it is she who does all the voices.

addicting story
this book was very well written and the storyline is addictive and you just want to hear more. The person who narrates this is amazing with her ability to capture each and every character along with their individual accents and emotions. I highly recommend this series

I'm going to hate to see it end!
This has been an outstanding journey with these characters! I don't know what I am going to do when I get to the end! Diana Gabaldon's writing is unbelievable and I could listen to Davina Porter all day long! She is a one woman show! These people have become very dear to my heart! Do yourself a favor and get going with this series!

Not as well written as the others :(
I have enjoyed all of the books in this series so far, although i did enjoy this tale, I found it to be poorly written in comparison to the earlier books.
