What did you love best about The Fiery Cross?
I love these characters --- have followed them since the first book, Outlander. The author has blended romance, the supernatural, and history seamlessly.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I wish James Fraser was a real person - handsome, romantic, and honorable. Above all, he values honor as much as he loves his dear Claire.
Have you listened to any of Davina Porter’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Davina Porter is the best reader I've ever heard. Before I heard her, Jim Dale would have gotten my vote for the most golden of the golden voices. Ms. Porter has a voice for each character - so many different accents, with nuances within the different accents. I often forget she is reading and I imagine the characters are speaking. I would listen to anything she reads, but I love her Scottish accents.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would be the tag line be?

Im absolutely addicted
This series is amazing! Diana Gabaldons writing is amazing, so detailed! a lot of people dont like her details but i enjoy it because i love getting to know the characters better. at this point they are family. Davina Porters voice and character voice are so spot on. she never ceases to amaze me. 10/1

You must have read the other books to totally love this book. But in saying that you can still love the passion of the characters and understand what they go through. Davina Porter does a magnificent job narrating the book and captures their passions. Loved it!!
