    "A fun listen"

Good performance. Fun mystery series. Have purchased more of the dramatizations on sale and look forward to listening to them.

    "Fun and Easy Listening"

This is definitely a fun and simple listen with each story in the set offering a sometimes over-the-top and mostly dramatic crime that is easily solvable by both Father Brown and the listener. Though relatively short each mystery is complete in and of itself and is wonderfully performed by the entire cast. If you're looking for something light to listen to while doing chores or relaxing, I'd definitely recommend any of the Father Brown Mysteries.

"Nice short stories at a good price but...."

I like these stories, my first time reading any Father Brown. They are entertaining and easy to read. BUT why have the street noises, footsteps, birds singing, etc so loud you must strain to hear the dialog. If the radio players want to have these sound effects, great but they should be more in the background. I like the stories, and voices otherwise.

I am a senior citizen who loves a good mystery, but I object to books with profanity and explicit sexual situations.

    "don't waste your credits"
Would you try another book from G. K. Chesterton and M. J. Elliott and/or J.T. Turner and The Colonial Radio Players ?

    Probably not

Would you ever listen to anything by G. K. Chesterton and M. J. Elliott again?

    Maybe. A longer book, perhaps.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of J.T. Turner and The Colonial Radio Players ?

    Don't know.

You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?

    Not really

    Any additional comments?

The stories are too short to have any depth to them. Totally uninteresting

    "Good Old Fashioned Drama"

I have just discovered the Colonial Radio Theatre and their Father Brown Mysteries.
I just love them, this is the third volume I've had but I would like each collection to be longer so I can enjoy even more Father Brown!
