In the surge of a single sin, Riley's wife, daughter, and faith all washed away. He now haunts the streets, a mere shadow of the godly man he once was. And then he hears of a town in Maine where miracles are happening. Awaiting Riley is a hope beyond his dreams. But will his past destroy this second chance at life?

The book is actually pretty good. But, the abstract is about some other book. This title (The Cure) is about an Alcoholic and Homeless (Riley Keep) in Dublin Maine and his struggles with his Christian Faith.
I think the original abstract was in error. Be aware that this is very much a religious work. That said, it's a great story, well read. The ending is meaningless to an atheist like myself, but that was the only disappointment. I did enjoy it.
This story was well written from a Christian world view; that I believe will be enjoyed by anyone.
