Publisher's summary

Follow Chick Bowdrie's adventures in these six classic Westerns by America's favorite storyteller, Louis L'Amour.

Chick Bowdrie could have been an outlaw, but he rode a different trail. The Texas Rangers recruited him to help pursue the most wanted men in the Southwest. And Bowdrie knew the terrain all too well: the dusty trails, bitter cattle feuds, the desperate killers, and the weather-beaten towns that could explode into chaos at the wrong word. The Rangers were called in to handle the tough cases, and Bowdrie was the toughest and smartest. He had vowed to seek out justice, but there were times when justice required fists and guns.

A great way to enjoy the stories of L'Amour

Any additional comments?

I love the dramatizations of Louis L’Amour stories. As a fan of L’Amour for nearly two decades, these performances are just one more way that I can enjoy his western themed stories of courage, bravery, loyalty, and justice. For those LL fan of many years – you’ll love them too. For the new listener, give them a try and perhaps you’ll become a fan of not only Louis, but also the art of dramatized audio books as well.

Awsome

Bowdrie and Louis L'Amour are classics from an era long gone. I LOVE listening to the stories and going back in time to when men were cowboys and gentlemen. LOTS of fun!

An enjoyable, fun ride through the nostalgic old west. The story complete came to life with solid writing and great voice acting.

We love Chick Bowdrie dramatizations

My family enjoys listening to Chick Bowdrie when we are together working. It helps makes the job more enjoyable and we work until the end of the story doing a little bit more work.

A totally captivating read!!!!

Once again Mr. Louis Lamour sits us down to one of his greatest achievement. He calls upon his God given talent of story telling and draws our attention once again to a simpler time.
