    "Pretty Good But......"

I wanted to give this 5 stars as the narration was excellent and the story was really good, but the plot lines tied up so quickly and left me wondering where the rest of the book was. I am guessing this is going to be a series but you still need to bring the story in for some kind of landing. The spiritual aspect was very well done as well. If you don't mind sharp endings then you will enjoy this. I am sure if more books appear in this series I will give them a listen.

    "Excellent story and presentation."

The Brotherhood was an excellent write. Jerry Jenkins continues to take it up a notch with each new book.
The story was strong taking, the reader through the whole labyrinth of emotions.
I am really looking forward to the next book in the series.

    "Pain and Healing"
What did you love best about The Brotherhood?

The weight of the emotional pain felt from start to finish.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

No I needed time to process the emotion.

    Any additional comments?

This book is not for the light of heart, however, its for a heart that needs understnding and insight into someone who knows pain and healing love of God.

"Saddest book I ever listened to"

I love books by Jerry Jenkins, and this is no exception. This whole series is great. The Brotherhood is definitely the saddest book I have ever listened to, but as only he can do, Jerry Jenkins brings you through it. Johnny Heller's narration is perfect for this Chicago setting. I highly recommend this book but also include a HUGH hankie alert!

"Precinct 11: a Believable Series and a Good Listen"

I've enjoyed this series more than anything else I've ever read (or listened to) of Jenkins' writing -- including the Left Behind series. Character development was at a good pace, making each person in the story really believable. And Johnny Heller was a great pick for a Chicago based tale.
