Derek, a lonely man on a journey to nowhere, makes a quick stop in the little town of Cider Springs. Before he can get back on the road, ancient forces awaken, and he is swept up in a series of events set in motion eons before. When townspeople start dying, Derek must shoulder a destiny he knew nothing about and face a vast, timeless evil.

I liked the book but it did take me awhile to get into it. But once I connected with the story I couldn't put it down! I really enjoyed the narration. I finished in 1 night. Will definitely recommend.

No, I rarely listen to titles multiple times
It's pretty original, so I can't compare it to anything easily.
He did a great job with each character and made me feel like I was part of the group exploring the town

I enjoyed listening to this book and the character Derek. The other characters I would have like more depth. The narrator did a good job and loved his weird deep voice of Evil. Felt it was definitely worth listening to but wanted more maybe if it was longer. No. I just didn't think it was that good. I even listened to it all the way through hoping it would get better.
I have no idea.
Where he made the demon sounded so real it was spooky.
Not at all.
