Publisher's summary

For the sake of a dream . . . or the love of fame?

Chase Ryan and Keith Ellison set out to change the world with their films--and they are finally seeing their dreams come true. The dedicated producers are deep in negotiations with America's top young movie star to play the lead in their next inspirational movie. But life takes a sudden turn for Chase, removing him from Jeremiah Productions permanently. In the process, Keith brings on one of the Baxter family members, and the moviemaking continues.

At the same time, a crisis hits Keith's daughter, Andi, and Keith feels helpless to respond.

Devastated by the consequences of her wrong actions, Andi ventures out on her own and decides on a course of action that could destroy her. Meanwhile, Bailey Flanigan is caught up in her own drama with Cody Coleman. A Campus Crusade retreat gives them time alone along the shores of Lake Monroe and lets them face a possibility they've avoided for years.

Will Keith keep the passion he had at the start of his filmmaking--and will there be enough passion left over for his hurting daughter? Or has their quest to change American culture become nothing more than a quest for fame?

Another Great Book :)

Take Three is just as amazing as the previous books have been. It was great to get back in touch with the Baxter family and to learn more about their new friends. If you haven't read Karen Kingsbury, you are definitely missing out on some great reading. God has certainly blessed Karen with the gift of writing and leading many (I'm sure) to a close personal relationship with God Himself.

Worst narrators

These are the worst narrators ever. I started from the beginning with the Baxter family but/ take 1-2-3 have been excruciating to get through . Terrible actors -voices-ive had to finally stop a read the book -it was that painful .

Great book

Loved it like all the others- although it was a little triggering to hear the one narrator pronounce Kari as Car-E after hearing it in the 10 or so previous books as Care-E.

A Special Experience

The story is really intense and addresses relevant issues head-on in true Karen Kingsbury style. Found it deeply moving and, like after reading any of her novels, I feel that it changed me (even if only in the slightest ways) for the better. Thank you for another special experience...

I'm out of appropriate words!

I have absolutely loved this series, Karen Kingsburg, and a big thank you to the narrators who are so talented. Thank you for making it audible, and if am beyond thrilled that Take 4 is available, I will definitely be buying it! I absolutely love the way you weave God throughout your stories, just like He is truly interwoven in our lives and nothing is to big for Him! About this story, I have a testimony of an angel who God sent who saved my life after a very bad accident, so I know He does still send angels! God bless you all, Anthea

Hated to see the book end

If you could sum up Take Three in three words, what would they be?

I look forward to more of Karen Kingsbury's books. I have listened to two of hers and both were excellent.

Fiction that allows real life advice

Good book as always by Karen Kingsbury. It's nice to know I can listen publicly and not be afraid of what others might hear.
