Amazing

First audio book and one of my favorite novels. Knocked me on my ass. Addicted, I loved it.

A heartbreaking story

Very good book. hard to listen to some of the gruesome details...you need a strong stomach. I thought I would stop listening but never quite did. Good book.

Totally Captivating!

This is my second time reading Swan Song. I've NEVER read a fictional novel twice before. It truly is a story that will stay with you long after the book is closed or the audio ends!

Where does Swan Song rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book just reminded me as to why I like long audiobooks. The story remained interesting throughout all 30ish hours. The narrator outdid himself, especially when it came to all the different characters.This is something I wouldn't mind hearing again.

Distopian disaster

I liked the plot of this book. The characters were well formed. The narration was good.

A disturbing listen at times but we'll worth it

Robert R Mcammon destroys the world and it ain't pretty but it it is sure as hell fascinating. WWIII wipes out everything and these are the tales of certain survivors. More than that I won't say however narration by Tom Stechschulte is award worthy. Amazing work by an amazing talent. This one is a winner I all aspects.

Bright Apocalypse

I read this book originally as a worn and torn borrowed copy from my best friend. She’d been reading it repeatedly for a decade. The story stands up to time. It also stands up to traffic. It’s easy to stay with it even while driving. The narrator did an expert job at helping me hear each character without the use of names. I could feel the story through his voice.

THIS BOOK♥️♥️♥️

I read this about 5 years after it was written & absolutely love it then & being able to “listen” to it was just as awesome! The voices the narrator used were somewhat what I imagined for the males & sister & the only thing I would say to improve it would be to have a woman come in to do the female voices. I will say again AMAZING!!! DEFINITELY recommend to read & listen

A real heartfelt experience

So detailed you could almost feel the dirt under your fingers nails and rays of sunlight on your skin.
Feel the unnerving presence of "Friend" and the bravery of Swan and her love for others.
Genuinely and beautifully written and spoken.
