Not your average James Patterson
If you don't expect this to read like a James Patterson book, you may like it. Think Nicholas Sparks. It's a little hokey, but the underlying message is good. Characters were too one-sided except for the mother who did a complete flip @ the end of the book which I just didn't buy. I do find it interesting that an author can write such completely different types of books. Just be prepared for something different.

Ridiculous
All I can ask is "Why?" This is supposedly for adults, but it would be insulting to some children. I suppose this could have been a good story idea for a children's book - maybe a pre-teen - but definitely not for an adult.

Its a beautiful story and a real tear jerker. I really enjoyed this book

It is a shame that the authors chose to use extreme language (by only 1 character), and include a very explicit sex seen.
This would have been an excellent family read, and rated 5 stars. Neither the sex nor the language added anything to the story.

very cute story, there is still hope in life!
I liked the ending! the story had good flow! I didn't like the love scenes. I thought that it could babe dive without them. otherwise I would have given it a 5 star.
