Narrator fell short
Would you consider the audio edition of Section 8 to be better than the print version?
I don't know.
Who was your favorite character and why?
Narrator failed to bring the characters to life.
What didn’t you like about Napiera Groves’s performance?
Stumbled too much. Read almost textbook style. If she intended to read the novel the way she did it jut is not my taste. I really tired to follow her style but it just didn't appeal to me.

Great Listen
I listened to the books out of order but I enjoyed this story from start to finish. After realizing there were more in the series I purchased all 3 and re-listened to them again. I can't wait for the next book.

Another amazing book by K’wan! Just focus on the story and NOT the Narrator. AND who idea was it to add music before/after each chapter?

Good but the Sequeal is Better!
I actually listened to the sequel Welfare Wifeys first before I realized that there was a book before it. This is a good listen but the narrator just didn't live up to the job that the Welfare Wifeys narrator gave. I still suggest this book because it gives you more insight on the charactors which I enjoyed.

K'wan is a urban writer genius...love his style
I sooo love K'wan style if writing and how he makes the characters come alive like they are real..I especially love his series. I wish I would have read this before the other animal and hoodlum books because the characters intertwine and that makes it more enjoyable. If you are a fan of the character animal and urban street love then this is a must read
