Wonderful
Nicholas Sparks has to be one of my favorite authors; as soon as he releases a new book, I can't wait to get my hands on a copy. I enjoy reading and listening to books. My favorite though is listening; especially if the narrartor is chosen well and in Safe Haven Rebecca Lowman was the perfect choice. I can begin listening to a book and the narrator makes the decision wheither I will continue listening or not.

Wonderful story..Happy, Sad, Touching,Satisfying
This is the first Spark's book I have read. It lived up to his excellent reputation. I would recommend this book to anyone who loves a good love story.

Booze and beatings
My heart always aches upon hearing of cruelity. Mr. Sparks describes, in great detail, the plight of a battered woman. This upsetting senerio is softened by the happy (if somewhat unbelievable) ending. Just makes the reader hope the outcome is not the exception but the rule - which is doubtful. I enjoyed this book but would not recommend it, I believe there are much better stories available.

Another amazing Sparks novel
What did you love best about Safe Haven?
I love how he writes in a way that pulls you into the story and allows you to feel what the characters are feeling.
Who was your favorite character and why?
I liked Alex the most. He moved on after the loss of his wife and while he kept to himself he continued moving forward and wasn't afraid to love again
Have you listened to any of Rebecca Lowman’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
I have not but she has a good voice and pauses at the right moments.
