The Best

SunDown Brady is my second favorite person in the Dark Hunter series, The first being Acheron. Holter Graham does a very good job reading this series. I really do not like listening to anyone else read them.

Great listen

Very entertaining and captivating story. Easy listen, decent love story. The ending leaves room for a part two- Sherrilyn Kenyon seems to be doing that a lot lately. Overall, the story was well tied together, leaves the reader/listener wanting more while also satisfying the 'happy romance novel ending'.

I love all of Sherrilyn Kenyon books. This one like the others keeped me at the edge of my seat. I'm getting ready to order the next one.

another hit in the dark hunter series . Though this book was a little shorter than the others it was no less action-packed. I love the way to hearts that are truly entwined will always find each other again throughout the centuries . And how no matter how in the matter how hard evil tries to keep them apart Trulove will always find it find each other however they still have to overcome yet another apocalypse sooner or later our luck is gonna run out, but for now, another crisis averted and the world is saved...for now.
Jess Calhoun has been betrayed hunted and rejected all of his life. He's made peace with it but he still yearns for someone to see past all of his mistakes to the real man who just wants to love and be loved .
Abigail Yeager suffered severe trauma and tragedy at a very tender age . She was then groomed by her adopted family to become a lethal weapon against the very people trying to protect her life...the Dark Hunters. When the truth is finally revealed she must decide whether or not to embrace it I remain a slave to the lie.
Meanwhile back at the ranch, all hell is breaking loose literally because of an action she took . Now Abigail is the only one who can stop the coming apocalypse and Jess is the only one that can help her do it . That is if they can both get past their own hurts and miss trust to work together.

Would you listen to Retribution again? Why?

No. The ending and the extra clip are the only reason I gave this the rating that I did. The story was just too far away from the Dark Hunter series. There were too many things going on and too many back stories to try and remember.

I didn't really have one.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

No.

This is my least favorite book of the series. I hope the next one gets back to Dark Hunters fighting Damons.
