The book teaches us the value of letting go of bitterness - difficult at first - but when we try to strategize and make it in an entertaining way it will be easy. the book guides us on how we can do that. That way, we will live a healthy and peaceful life.
Bitterness is a bad emotion that must be eliminated on ones system. I enjoyed listening to the ways and tips of of this audio. Worth my time and worth to share.
The best part was about letting go of the bitterness in your life. I had a problem with revenge and this book made me aware that I'm wasting alot of time and energy on something I should just let go.

If I could rename Resentment audiobook I would call it "Let go of resentment: don't let bitterness consume you."
I would really recommend this to anyone who's struggling with resentment. It's also a playful audiobook and very entertaining. I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for this topic from a different point of view.
The ideas mentioned in the book are good and it know how to manage situations that could cause hurt better and more effectively and can even proffer assistance to others in need of it as well. It was an entertaining look at life and the mistakes we all make and finding the laughter in it all. the feeling of relief of forgiveness. It was pleasantly surprised and highly recommend it.
