But she never forgets her roots, maintaining the friendships of her youth, including that of Jenifer Dranncock, a local fisherman's wife.

On first seeing Jenifer's son, Bartholomew, Kerensa is horrified by his resemblance to Oliver and suspects the worst. But a secret encounter with Samuel Dranncock puts her mind at rest, even though she learns a truth she must never divulge. "Wonderful"

A really great series with wonderful heroes, heroines and villans set in the stunning Cornwall vividly depicted by Gloria Cook.

    "Pengarron Pride"

In my opınion, the storyline is not as good at Pengarron Land, the first in the series but the author describes the characters in such depth that it was good to hear how some of the characters develop and hasn't deterred me from buying book 3 in the series. There are still unfinished storylines and I want to know what comes of some of the characters.

This saga continues to delight! The characters are very diverse, and also a typical mix of what one might expect in this sort of setting. I absolutely love it!
