Meg Carpenter is broke. Her novel is years overdue. And her moody boyfriend's only contribution to the household is his sour attitude. So she jumps at the chance to review a pseudoscientific book that promises life everlasting. But who wants to live forever?
Smart, entrancing, and boiling over with Thomas's trademark big ideas, Our Tragic Universe looks at how relationships are created and destroyed, how we can rewrite our futures, and how stories just might save our lives.

The main character and her boyfriend are annoying but the book is a good listen with some interesting ideas. A bit too much descriptive writing about knitting!!!!
I enjoyed this book. The reader read at a slow pace suitable to the books style.
I found myself debating with her on a nice entertaining level.
I find the lack of chapters hard to manage, no natural places to stop or pick it up again and the ending was so abrupt, without knowing that one is on the last chapter.
