Excellent read
Very entertaining. Kept me engaged through the entire book. I didn’t want it to stop. I wish it would have ended with nick, Ann and Izzy coming together in the end. I know they did but finishing it in the written story. And Ann opening her bookstore.

Missing at the end
I really liked this story and showing what it’s like to be the character and how she got to where she was in her life.
The flow was good though it overall felt like it should have stopped sooner or continued a bit longer to wrap up the current adventure. It ended kinda feeling like it was book 1 1/2 and you were missing more.

Emotionally riveting
I was invested in the characters and their struggles within the first pages. The story weaves humor, sadness, fear, loneliness and accomplishment in familiar life events while evoking emotion in the reader.
The novel is relatable to women and men of many ages and life experiences.
I cannot remember the last time I read a book that reduced me to tears running down my cheeks on more than one occasion.
