Sad ending... Great love story!!!
This story was good...... Very different setting than the usual person of who overcomes turmoil in life. It also show's examples of unconditional love and when you are trully connected with a person and they're for you, you will always crave them and feel incomplete without the. I feel like Shai could've did more to save his love and she was a bit weak and an airhead but it was still a very good story. I loved the narrator too. I think this is a big part in audio books.

Well written and awesome narration !
I am hooked to Ashley and her husbands books. I think I'm up to about 10 now and they never let me down. Non stop action, great deep stories and the flow is amazing! They keep coming strong!!!

Sears muffin if you get shot that doesn't necessarily mean that you going to die but I mean come on this is just too much love the book love I was just extremely disappointed at the ending

Amazing book
I started off read the book and finished with 3-4 chapters with the audio book and it’s just amazing wish it was a movie everything is so vivid when reading but the chapter don’t add up with the book and the audio version

Excellent story but...
Great story per usual. Ashley and Jaquavis always write entertaining stories. My only gripe is the African accent that Cary Hite spoke in. I LOVE Cary Hite. His accents are always spot on. Perhaps I just find African accents to be irritating in general? I also love how the authors integrate other characters from previous books into new stories. My only other gripe is they use that word "Ma" constantly! Lol otherwise a great read. On to book two!
