A story about love - and how life can get in the way. Cecelia Ahern's best-selling novel Where Rainbows End is now a major film entitled Love, Rosie.
Sometimes fate just can't stop meddling. Best friends since forever, Rosie and Alex have shared their hopes, dreams, awkward moments - and firsts. But their bond is threatened when Alex's family move to America. They stay in touch, but misunderstandings, circumstances and sheer bad luck seem to be conspiring to keep them apart. Can they gamble everything - even their friendship - on true love?

"Didn't think I'd like the format but it worked"
When I first started listening to this audiobook and realised it was in the format of a series of text messages, letters and emails, I didn't think I would enjoy it as much as I did. I thought I would get bored. I didn't.
I recommend it if you're looking for something to keep you occupied on the commute which is what I used it for. But I did find myself not wanting to stop listening which is not something that happens to me all of the time.
I thought the narrator was very good as well.
"A beautiful book, beautifully read"
This is one of my favourite books by Cecelia Ahern: real, heartbreaking and uplifting, and this performance of it was beautifully done, losing none of the magic and tenderness which made me love the book all those years ago.
"Loved loved loved!!!"
I love the voice of the person who read this. Great story, liked the format of the emails and letters.
"I loved it, a cautionary tale in love lost & found"
once you get used to the format of the book being a series of instant messages, texts, and various newspaper cut outs etc it really is an enjoyable tale. PS: it's hardly like the movie at all so it's worth the read to get the real story!
heartbroken it took them so long to get together but it's a real cautionary tale about seizing the moment taking risks and taking chances ❤
It took a bit of getting used to with the letters and emails however I enjoyed it once I got used to the style.
This is a beautifully written book. Such a lovely story filled with love and laughter, tears and sorrow. I had seen the film first and didn't think the book would be as good, I was mistaken. I listened to this so quickly, usually I stop and start audio books, but this one I just just wanted to listen and not stop. Simply amazing
