Correspondence has fallen into our hands that we were not intended to see. Foulgrin, a high-ranking demon, instructs his subordinate how to deceive and destroy Jordan Fletcher and his family. It's like placing a bugging device in hell's war room, where we overhear our enemies assessing our weaknesses and strategizing attack. To win the battle, we must know our God, know ourselves, and know our enemy. Lord Foulgrin's Letters is written to help us become better acquainted with each.

I strongly recommend this audio book. It is both uplifting and confronting. It has opened my eyes anew to spiritual warfare taking place around us. It was easy to listen to to. I was totally absorbed. Will definitely be downloading more from this author.
Don't miss this one! It is a must have for everyone to know who is behind a lot of things going on in ones life. It is not just chance nor luck; its something, someone; and he has a strategy, a plan or should I say they have a strategy and a plan
If you could sum up Lord Foulgrin's Letters in three words, what would they be?
Don't miss this
Listening to Lord Foulgrin, himself!
The Screwtape Letters, of course. However, Alcorn's story is truly original and a masterpiece in its own right. A great companion to Screwtape.
He makes the character really come alive through his wonderful voice-acting. He adds a level of creepiness that is dead-on.
Lord Foulgrin ! Colorful, mean, nasty, haughty, proud, supercilious and evil. A great villain!
This is a wonderful story in the tradition of "The Screwtape Letters" (the author even gives a clever literary nod to Lewis in the story!). Not only is this a great story, but the writing is excellent. Alcorn also seamlessly weaves in contemporary Christian themes without being preachy, far from it! Frank Muller does a fine job with all character voices, but his Lord Foulgrin is absolutely superb.
Yes. Gives you a possible view from the other side of the battle. Shows what true weakness is.
The opportunity to enjoy the truth of the futility of the enemy and his position.
Yes but obviously to long for that.
Listened to this with my wife who tries to avoid christian fiction. She really enjoyes it and it gave us great fodder for conversation.
The narration is excellent and done in a fashion similar to other works of fiction such as detective/mystery novels.
An enjoyable story which teaches Christians about the true nature of this reality. It is helpful to be able to keep in mind the spiritual war that is underway between demonic beings and Christians. It is very important for Christians to know about such things to be able to pray appropriately.
Really enjoyed the book - reminded me of what to watch out for and what plans the enemy had for me - great uplifting book
I'm Vlad and I love books.
This was a good book to listen. While many may say that it is too fictitious, the tactics that the devil uses are pretty much similar. It's good to know how the evil one is working and be able to discern good from evil. Loved the narration and the sound effects.
Recognize the enemy! He goes about like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour!
So this audio book is probably one of the most profound bits of fiction I have ever encountered. We have listened to it on road trips, in the kitchen as we cook and over and over just to remind us that there are forces out there trying to destroy our homes, our lives and our walk with God!
Is it a literary masterpiece? No, but it's an awesome vehicle for truth carefully wrapped in entertainment!
Is it chessie? Yes! But what are your expectations for a book meant to be read being narrated and acted out by one voice?
Please please, if you are at all interested buy it and listen!
