Kevin's got the looks; Antoine's got the heart and soul; Tyrone's got the skills; and Maurice has all the player moves - but what they don't have are good women in their lives. What do they do? Call 1-900-BLACK-LUV, of course! The riotous experiences that follow have to be heard to be believed.

This was one of Carl Weber's best books yet. Reading this was like watching a movie with all the twists & turns. The narrators were great with each character. I hated to stop listening...Great Book!
Love books on tape! It's all about the narrators for me though. No matter how good the story, if the narrator doesn't cut it...
I really loved the characters of the three friends. They were very likeable. As always, I loved the twists and turns CW provides in his stories. I also liked that this story wasn't full of downright smut. Do not hesitate to purchase this or any other book written by CW. As for the narrator, he truly is one of the best! He has such talent. I love that he can play so many characters, including females, then switch back to his normal voice when just reading. Simply amazing. Love and admiration to both CW and KF.
This was my first read from Carl Weber and I would give it a 10+. The book was so enlightening and it kept you wondering at all time. The ending was SUPERB! I just downloaded another one of his books "Something on the Side" which I heard was excellent too.
OK. I have listened to this book 3 times already and can't wait to listen again. I laughed, I cried, I got mad!!! This book takes you there and back and there again.
Carl Weber's story of four black men is robust and a exciting glance into the characters lives. The characters take on many of the real life situations people go through. The men are beautifully flawed but redemption and endurance are never far behind. Kevin Free is a great narrator. He gives the story texture and depth.
Yes, I would recommend this book because it's funny.
I thought the conclusion was unsurprising, nonoriginal, and predictable.
Kevin Free had wonderful female voices, but his male voices were feeble, thus unmanly.
At first, I thought the book was unrealistic, so I regretted picking the book up. However, I ended up changing my view on the book. It was funnily entertaining and now I would like to listen to more.
The book has an interesting storyline.
The ending was unexpected didn't foresee that coming.
I think the book would have been better if read. In my opinion the narrator was dull.
Yes probably would
The flow of the story and the narrator.
Yes. I love Carl Weber and although this is not one of my favorite books, I am always entertained when reading or listening to his stories.
Versitile. Humurous. Entertaining.
A pretty good book for the most part.
I may have enjoyed this book better if the narrator was someone else. Kevin Free seems to be an intelligent and articulate man, however all the characters sounded the same even the women. Which left me wondering who was who.
Just like Married men only this one they aren't married....just starting this book it sounds so familiar to Married men I don't want to finish it....have that been there heard that feeling...wish I had my credit back!
