Johnnie, Johnnie, Johnnie

I love Johnnie Wise, and I'm so gonna miss her. She had me as usual, laughin out loud. This is the first audio book that I finished the same day that I bought it. I didn't want to turn it off. I didn't like what happened to some of the characters, but it was good, none the less.

the narration

great story of creole New Orleans early practice to gain wealth, power and how people were sacrificed to wealthy influences.

You have to have all three ...

I really enjoyed these books. The narrator seemed to enjoy reading the books too.

it was ok

this was my least favorite of the series..Napoleon and bubbles went out sad although they were shady nevertheless they weren't that bad especially Napoleon because he really was willing to give Johnny a better life and I felt like johnny could have ended up much better in the end..I felt like we could have seen more if her and Napoleons relationship develop because honestly Lucas wasn't really good to her although she did some things to save His life. idk this book screamed struggle love because johnny could have gotten a better man if only she tried to move on from lucas

Too many loose ends

Epilogue was necessary but still too many loose ends, particularly, the distribution of the original will of $2 mil…The butler that fled to Canada and his wife decided to send proof of the original will to Jhonnie.
