In consequence of a number of stunning catastrophes, Arthur Dent is surprised to find himself living in a hideously miserable cave on prehistoric Earth. However, just as he thinks that things cannot get possibly worse, they suddenly do. He discovers that the Galaxy is not only mind-boggingly big and bewildering but also that most of the things that happen in it are staggeringly unfair.

Exciting. But not as exciting as Eccentrica Gallumbits. Eccentrica Gallumbits is the triple-breasted whore of Eroticon Six. Some people say her erogenous zones start some four miles from her actual body. Ford Prefect disagrees, saying five.[
"A Brilliant listen"
love it. Martin Freeman it brilliant to listen a specially as he was Arthur Dent.
Amazing story line. Couldn't wait to listen when heard Martin Freeman was reading. It was lovely to hear another book in the series with Arthur and Ford in it
"loved every minute of this story."
as you would expect it is weird and wonderful. it did not fail to deliver this. great story.
"Life,the universe and everything"
This book is extremely funny, interesting and phenomenal.I would recommend this wonderful book to everyone
"quite liked it"
that was absolutely hilarious ... I'm getting quite used to the narrator's voice as well.
"Return to Form"
This installment in the Hitchhiker's Guide series is a return to form, following the slump of the 2nd book. Although the beginning is a bit chaotic, the rest of the book is fantastic- a true continuation of the first. Great narration by Martin Freeman too.
"Cricket and Sofas"
Martin Freeman defiantly does Life, the Universe, and Everything justice as one of my favorite readers. This book, another Douglas Adams classic, will make you laugh till your jaw hurts with hilarious dialog and a humor lost on many this will keep you entertained on the bus albeit with a few stares from the general public as you chuckle quietly to yourself
Perfect, if you started the series, don't stop until you are at the end. Arthur finds himself in another sticky situation and craving more a good cup of tea. Do not miss it.
"Too much dramatisation "
The dramatisation of certain characters were a little too much for my taste. Nevertheless it's overall pleasant thanks to Martin Freeman's soothing voice.
