Well done performance of a great book!

What made the experience of listening to Just This Once the most enjoyable?

The accents were very well done, and the story is compelling, even having read it a number of times already.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Just This Once?

There were many, but Drew and Hannah's first meeting always stands out.

When Hannah realizes it's ok not to be in control all the time.

I really enjoyed this audiobook, though at times the reading of Drew seemed just a little too low key. I'm looking forward to hearin how Claire does with the next book in the series, just good friends.

Wonderful book to read, excellent book to listen to!

EASY LISTEN, NICE STORY, GREAT HERO.

This story was easy listen, it was a nice story, made me REALLY want to go to New Zealand, I even googled a few places while listening. The hero, Drew, was a great guy, the heroine(Hannah) not so great, wanted to shake her a few times, but then..she had issues, so I guess I should go easy on her. All I can say is I wish I had the "hutzpah" she had, if you read/listen to this story you'll know what I mean.

She did an amazing accent, it had me melting.

I want more books from her, I can't get enough.

Annoying

Hannah’s “you’re a bonus Drew” and “I’m moving to New Zealand for a job not for you” is so OVERDONE! Good LAWD! How many times do we need to hear it?!? I truly wanted to love this book but sh$i or get off the damn pot!

Quick escape

I bought this because we have just returned from a month in New Zealand and I am geeked out on anything Kiwi! This was long on romantic fiction and short on New Zealand. Realistically, I don't know how much location material you can throw into a book without having it read like a travel brochure.
Narration was good, accents accurate. I felt the story was soft and Book 1 is enough for me.

I enjoyed this until the end. The ending left me with the impression that the author was in a hurry to finish and the story didn't quite come full circle.

Potential but Irritating

I started enjoying the story but the insecurities of the female character weighed on my nerves. I’m not sure if the author was trying to extend the storyline or what but it just wrecked my last nerve. For instance she asks if they are in an exclusive relationship he agrees but she’s still unsure. He’s too popular for her simple lifestyle. One miserable objection to love after another. The first few were okay but then it became predictable until you just want it to end. It took a moment to finish this book as I needed something else on my drive to keep me awake and interested.

I keep remembering this book & have relistened !!

My desire to travel to New Zealand began with this book. I'm not one to reread or relisten to an audio book that I already know the ending of. This book transform me into it. A little too much details in the sexual language but I still love the story. I can listen to this 1-2 times a year...for me this is unheard of. I won't spoil the details but You'll have to read for yourself. Oh and I think you'll love the New Zealanders accent you'll hear in the audio version. Fantastic narration.

Great book!

Loved the book, and being a Kiwi myself, smiled at the accent, sounding a tad more like Aussie than Kiwi accent, but loved it all the same!
