Funny, tragic, insightful
Inheritance has many twists and turns and manages to weave humour, tragedy and a great deal of history into a thoroughly interesting novel. After many years of listening to Audible books, this is my favourite to date.
Rupert Farley is THE best narrator I have heard. His many accents, from the heavy Armenian accents of the nanny and Madigan to the Australian bogan Cheryl and the various cultured English accents, were simply superb! Very realistic and hysterically funny. I actually laughed out loud many times.
