Great series, HORRIBLE narration
I absolutely LOVE the Stephanie Plum stories, but the new narrator that was obtained for "High Five" was so awful I went in search for a new place to listen. There was no feeling in her narration, no inflection and to top it off she mispronounced words. I want my credit back!!!

She speaks too fast and there’s no distinguishing between characters, they all sound the same. I am

Quick funny story
This is one of the shortest of the Stephanie Plum books. It's a quick read and an even quicker audio book. I was not a fan of the narrator, she had very little expression and it just felt like a normal reading, I couldn't even tell which character was speaking at some points because her voice stayed the same throughout.

Great story, HORRIBLE narrator.
This being the fifth book in the series, and having enjoyed the first four, I had high hopes for High Five. Sadly, those hopes were dashed within minutes. Other reviews spoke of the narrator speaking too quickly, with no recognizable attempts at using different voices for characters. Those reviews are 100% correct. The narrator is TERRIBLE. I haven't even made it through the first chapter, and likely won't, on Audible. If there's a way to get refunded for the purchase, you can bet that I'll be getting one.

not happy with narrator
I enjoyed the story but the person reading it read so fast and without changing voice it was hard to tell whos character was supposed to be saying what.

I love the writing style and the characters.
Love the characters and the story. The performance this time, was almost hard to follow. Still, a good book . Thanks!

Speed reader!
Great story as always. Horrible narration. Extremely too fast so if you aren't concentrating you'll miss important parts and transitions in the story!
