Love Janet’s books but terrible narrator!
I can’t get enough of the antics of the characters in these books. One of my favorite authors. Did not like the narrator as all the characters sounded exactly the same and monotone to the point it was hard at times to distinguish when there was a change of person speaking. I will keep listening to these entertaining books and hope for a much better narrator.

Good story, however...
As with all of Evanovich books the story is fun and well written. I do not like the abridged version. I've read the written and the difference is clear. The narrator read much too quickly. It was hard to enjoy the clever lines while being forced to hurry to the next sentence.

The Narator
I was disappointed that there was a different narrater I was really into the different characters and the voices each had. This was not like that and it took away from the story for me.

that voice over
no personality.. This one reads pretty dry She doesn't give enough personality to the people everybody sounds the same .. The only thing that sounds correct is the New Jersey accent however it's unbelievable that this will be Stephanie's voice

Horrible narration
The worst narration. It was terrible. It was read too fast, and monotone. I can see why the book was discounted.

the reader
I didn't much care for the reader in this book. she reads too fast and I liked the one in books 1-4 because she was much better.
