    "Junior high level story"

I like the whole idea of a story, but sooo much is lacking. Lawrence and Alonzo are hard to keep separate as the names are too similar. Not enough character development is done. The narrator, who is pleasant to listen to, doesn't have breaks In Between the chapters or scenes. . I finally quit listening to this choppy story when I could not visualize it anymore. I hope that the author would revisit this story with some depth and a good writing teacher. This story was like one long run-on sentence.

    "Disappointing"
This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

I can't think of anyone who would enjoy this book. It wasn't well written and it didn't really fit in with any of the categories.

Would you ever listen to anything by Traci Tyne Hilton again?

    No

What character would you cut from Foreclosed?

    All of them.

    "Too much background."

I'm already into chapter 5 and I'm still waiting to find out what the mystery is!

Wish it had more depth but it was a nice story. Narration could be better.

I am retired and my enjoyment is listening to books and crocheting.

    "I am a Christian, but ..."
Would you try another book from Traci Tyne Hilton and/or Misty of Echoing Praise?

    No

What could Traci Tyne Hilton have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

I couldn't even get halfway through the book. I am a Christian, but I personally don't want to listen to a book that mentions God and Christ in every paragraph.

What didn’t you like about Misty of Echoing Praise’s performance?

    It was just OK

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Boredom

    Any additional comments?

I didn't like the recording with all the background noise - cars honking, phones ringing, etc.

    "Boooooring"

Because of the positive reviews I took a chance on this one and I live in Portland so I thought this would be a good gamble. BAH! Apparently "clean' means painfully boring. However if you are reaaally into learning about the daily grind of a realtor it might work for you. Wanted to enjoy a good local mystery, sadly disappointed in Portland.
