A little too much about evil spirits for me.

I love John Edwards books in general and really loved the book "What if God Were the Sun", which is also a fictional story. I've been waiting for him to write another fictional story, so I was thrilled to see this show up so quickly on Audible..This book was very well written and very interesting, but I have to be honest, I was a little turned off by so much evil written about in the book. I'd rather think about the positives in our lives and not have evil images floating around in my head. I suspect John's Catholic background had a great deal to do with the plot of the story. I don't happen to agree with the Catholic teachings about evil and guilt, so that probably had a lot to do with my uneasiness with much of the story line. However, the book is also about how things just seem to fall in place in life, and that nothing is really a coincidence, which I agree with. All in all, it is really well written, I enjoyed the narrators voice and overall, enjoyed the book...just not 100%, which was disapointing since I normally would give any of his books 5 stars..

Extremely preachy

What would have made Fallen Masters better?

A better, more believable story line.

What was most disappointing about John Edward’s story?

It skipped around all over the place. It was hard to follow.

What didn’t you like about Edoardo Ballerini’s performance?

I like it. It wasn't his fault the story sucked.

What character would you cut from Fallen Masters?

There were so many it is hard to pick.

Needed

Needed to hear this story at this time! I actually started the book years ago and didn't finish it. My reading during stay at home and unemployment ramped up my reading. I like many are struggling and needed to be reminded to stay in the light no matter what! Thank you John I now understand why I didn't get though it the first time.

An intriguing book

An interesting story that gives an original perspective to the concepts of interacting positive and negative forces. It is a good read that merits reading again.

Do not miss this spiritual tour-de-force!

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes. This book is beyond perfect. Note: I like many different genres, this one I would place in spiritual fiction, do not think, however that this is your average religious inspirational, it is suspense meets research meets an author with the medium background. For me it was more of hard hitting, Da Vinci Code because it really drags you in from the first paragraph. I am not a catholic and i don't think you need to be one to love this book. I would recommend this to a friend who is interested in spiritual matters, aka good vs evil or I would recommend it to a friend who likes Da Vinci Code.

Who was your favorite character and why?

My favorite character was the Lady of Guadalupe. Maybe... according to the author this book does not only have one superhero, this is why it is so darn great, the way he gives us a glimpse into the heroic nature of all characters, it's a reminder that we all carry a superhero/heroine inside. Except for a few thugs down in Mexico.

What does Edoardo Ballerini bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I have to be honest here, I have wanted to like book he has narrated before now I understand that the reason I didn't like the other books was because of the plot not because of him, he did an amazing job, his voice was like velvet.

Who was the most memorable character of Fallen Masters and why?

That's the thing, they're all equally important which is why this book is astonishingly amazing.

Any additional comments?

If you have a long car rides or maybe you need to get entertained to a certain number of hours, I recommend this book instead of a Netflix/HBO binge.

Incredible

This book was emotion ridden... Beautiful. Easily I found myself lost into the characters. Taking me to a deeper perspective of life. Edoardo did a star performance in his narration, keeping you excited and eager! Thank you John
