Publisher's Summary

    Overall
"Not Asensi's best and read with the wrong accent"

I am a big fan of Matilde Asensi's historical novels but, when listening to this book, it becomes rather obvious that this was her first book and that it bears no comparison with "El ?ltimo Cat?n" or "El origen perdido".
Moreover, I found it extremely annoying that, even though the book?s main character and narrator is from Avila (Spain), the actress reads it with a standard Latin American accent. It certainly shows carelesness, since it makes the story lack authenticity.
