Great second novel
I enjoyed it. language was a bit much. read the Shining in school. now I'm a grandma and wouldn't allow my grandson to read this for many more years due to the language. storytelling doesn't have to be vulgar.

The Shining Part 2
What a way to continue The Shining, WOW, this quickly became one of my all time favorites. More Overlook Hotel is never a bad thing, would love to see a prequel of some sort that would take us back to the Overlook in it's prime.

The sequel you’ve been waiting for.
The story is none other than the long anticipated conclusion and continuation of the life of Daniel Torrance. Also tells a frightening and intriguing story which will have you hooked from start to finish. If you’re looking for a sequel to the Stanley Kubrick’s film you’re in the wrong place. This novel follows up after King’s true masterpiece, the warm days after that cold Colorado winter “not” the other way around.

An amazing story, wonderful characters
Wonderful follow up to the shining. Enjoyed the character arc of Danny throughout the book. Gave a great example of king 1970’s Vs 2010’s.
