    "Dirty White Boys"

Seldom will you read a Book such as this, describing in detail the inner feelings of an Officer who has to face the perils of the the big ugly world outside. I enjoyed this Book tremendously.

I'm a 36 yr. old master of no paticular trade, but currently working in the oil patch. I'm not very critical and love to consume audiobooks

    "This book is fantastic"

I didn't realize that this book had been around for awhile. I was calling several people that like Cormac McCarthy and books that I enjoy and telling them I had a new guy they had to read. The joke is on me this book has been around awhile. All that being said it was a fantastic read. The plot make incredibly brutal characters seem logical and even a bit noble. I'd recommend this one to anyone that enjoys a bit of the darker side of people and characters.

    "Good story..reader beware..hardcore language/story"
What made the experience of listening to Dirty White Boys the most enjoyable?

The vivid description of the action sequences...makes you feel like you are watching an action movie in your head.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Bud Pewtie, a seriously flawed character with a strong sense of justice and courage to continue the hunt for a dangerous outlaw.

Which character – as performed by Eric G. Dove – was your favorite?

All of the characters were very well done by Eric.

If you could take any character from Dirty White Boys out to dinner, who would it be and why?

C.D. Henderson..just to listen to the stories of his younger days...

    "Superlative"

Wonderfully written. Narration truly spectacular. Several steps beyond the typical thriller. Not for the faint of heart, however!

    "Has language flaws."

I've now listened to two of Stephen Hunters audio books. I find that his characters are well developed and the contents are well researched. His stories move with a fast pace from beginning to end. The only flaw that I notice is the excessive use of profanity through out. I know that he is being realistic in the language of his characters, but needs to tone it down a bit.
