This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... It's an Ok book
I've read other Lesley Pearse titles and bought this same on the assumtion that they would be just as exciting. If it wasn't for the Narrator I would have left this book half way. The situations didn't add up. That is what I found most unbecoming. LP is a lovely author, but this is not one of her best books.
