Enjoyable
Audiobook: Narrator - Therese Plummer
Always an amazing job...always!!!
Years ago Denny left Becca and now that she’s back in life in order to find closure before considering marriage to another man, he’s decided that he wants her. Yeah, that’s pretty much the plot right there. It’s a troupe that’s been done over and over, but it was still okay here because alone with Denny and Becca we also had some fun with the men that are all hanging out to hunt/fish. Lots of wit and humor. Plenty of steam but the last little bit of drama felt a bit contrived. Overall, enjoyable.

easy listen
Robyn Carr's stories are predictable, but precisely why I listen. Enough to keep me interested to the (always) happy ending, but let's me relax and fall asleep at night. As a retired RN, I dont want realistic, I had enough of that at work. This fits the bill.

Ok story... Excellent narration
This book was just ok for me. I guess it just focused too much on guys hunting and then a big snow storm rather than the hot passionate romance I expect from Robyn Carr. The romance starts to develop about half way through the book and there is not much conflict to keep the story interesting. It does have a nice christmas theme and the ending was very sweet so I recommend it as a nice christmas listen.
Narration: I love Therese Plummer as a narrator. I'd probably listen to a dictionary if she were to narrate it. She has the ability to make distinct voices for each character as if there were more than one narrator. She did an excellent job with this story!

So precious
This one is just so sweet and bring peace and closure for Denny. A young man who sought his biological dad mistakenly thought to be Jack. Instead he finds a steadfast friend in Jack and a town filled with friends who care for each other. His Becky gives him another chance and she too finds her heart stolen by the people and children of the town. Heartwarming and a great addition to the series. I have enjoyed listening to this series. As soon as I finish, I am going to go back and re listening to them all again. They are so very special. I I lived in such a town. Narration is excellent!
