“Carr has hit her stride with this captivating series.” (Library Journal)
I love the whole series!
This book kept me entertained during a very long drive. Great listen! Loved it!
It was a good book and interesting story about a separated couple whom eventually made it back together...It was probably like a true to life story and I had to finish reading it... but I cant say I could recommend it to my friends because they are Christians and there were two sexual scenes in it that described things a little to much. It made me a little red faced...Ha ha!! As I said I liked the story line it kept me wondering what was going to happen next.
Very well written otherwise.
It was very well narrated!!!!!!! Easy to understand.
I really look for books that anyone can read without being offended. It would be nice if they could rate the books on language and sexually explicit parts. This book wasn't real bad but if I had of known I probably wouldn't have bought it.
Myst/thrillers and ✨fun fantasies✨are my favorites but always open for a good story.
A fast Christmas read with a brother sister bond. Also, what would Christmas be without a little romance.
No, I enjoyed it but it's your basic romance and once was enough.
I think Therese Plummer is an excellent reader. She helps make the book good.
I just Love the Allure of a Great Romance...a Pair of Rose Colored Glasses...some Fine Wine, and a Subscription to Audible...
Bring Me Home For Christmas: A Virgin River Novel by Robyn Carr was my first exposure to Robyn Carr. I really enjoyed it, and have purchased three more in the series, all of which I like. Therese Plummer is an excellent narrator. This book is definitely credit worthy if you are in the mood for a sweet romance.
Fun, sweet, love. A cute holiday story. I listen while I clean and cook.
It was a cute holiday story
The main character
I've listened to this narrator before in the Fine Art of Insincerity...I'm so sorry...but her voice, which drops off at the end of every sentence was so distracting that I promised myself to avoid books that she narrates. But I forgot...I'm sure she's a wonderful narrator since she has tons of books to her credit, but I find myself annoyed and not focusing on the story when she's reading...I will remember next time.
A different narrator would be stellar
Believer in what you can't see
Always, I always look forward to another chapter to the Virgin River family. I started with the first and have enjoyed everyone ot the following stories since the beginning.
When Rebecca becomes part of the town in everyway.
As always an excellent performance. It always amazes me how a person can sound like the opposite sex without a flaw.
No way would I be able to sit all the way through the recording, unless I didn't do anything else.
I love Virgin River.
I enjoyed the resolving of a long 'lost' love coming back together.
Sherrly Wood's Chesapeake Shores series 'An O'Brien's Family Christmas'. It is another 'lost love' story where the couple is reunited and things go well for them.
She is getting better as a reader of the stories.
The moment that was moving to me was when Beca saw that Denny had stayed with her all night at the hospital.
I have enjoyed this series, I hope Robyn's web site gets up and running soon. I don't do Facebook.
i cannot rate this book alone but have to say that the entire series has all ingredients for a wonderful listen good story, some issues to overcome and an uplifting ending
fit in with the series but was a good story to itself
the town Christmas tree
yes and I did with the help of my mp3 player
I have not come to the end of the series available in audio and cannot wait for the next one
