A wonderfully narrated and surprising story. At times toward the middle of the book, Seth's gift seemed a little distracting, but it came together. This was a great read, kept me with the headphones on.
I spin my own wool and knit. Listening to audiobooks while I craft is one of my favorite things. I'm hooked.
I really enjoyed this book. The plot moved quickly, the characters were appealing, and the plot was well thought out. I probably wouldn't have even bought this book if it wasn't on sale recently, but for entertainment value, it was well worth the money and my time.
I enjoyed the ride of this fast paced thriller. The plot was not predictable... nice twists and turns. Good ending.
Outstanding...I just could not stop listening...great characters and a very fast paced story...made me want to read more of this author.
How can the characters in this year's True Detective be worse? Ferrill is asexual, drunk, corrupt, a child abuser and worse!
The idea a genious can see seconds into the future is fine, but it becomes tedious and predictable early on. There is no real mystery here.
Once I saw how the hero uses his gift of seeing seconds into the future, I expected glitches to occurr. It just seems lazy, like writing a chase scene for 300 pages where the hero has unlimited funds, intelligence and physical abilities.
Sure, if it was a real mystery or suspense novel.
Frustration and dissappointment.
This is been a battle for most religions for ages. the author has some fun with this argument giving his own spin on what could be the answer in this interesting work of fiction.
the idea he develops can i think be thought to be derived from C.S. Lewis and his idea given in his book Mere Christianity.
Blink of an Eye has a great premise, but fails to capitalize on it. The story is plagued by a lack of twists, and is highly predictable.
The narration is good, but not exhilarating enough to make the book more interesting.
after a few chapters you get used to the narrators voice and he does quite well.
his Arab characters are really good.
I loved it.
This book was wonderful! It covered so many topics and genres: from romantic comedy to sci-fi to political intrigue to international man hunts. It is very well written and wonderfully preformed. I would highly recommend it.
