Brilliant!
I had no idea what this book was about and can’t even remember when or why I purchased it and kept it in the queue of my library.
I decided to listen to it knowing that there must be a reason why I did and was so pleasantly surprised!
I had no idea they had made a TV show based on this book. I have started to watch that just as I was finishing this book and realized it is very very very different. As often happens...the book is far superior!
I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes brilliant writing! It has been funny, interesting, touching, and I can’t help but see people in my life in these characters including myself.
I will point out that in the very first few minutes I couldn’t stand the voice of the narrator. I thought to myself “Oh my gosh I am going to hate this.” and almost shut it off right then and there, but five minutes into it something changed and I was hooked. I thought it was brilliantly narrated as well!

This can happen to anybody.
The purpose of this book is to enlighten women from all walks of life. It touches on so many topics, and even though it’s fiction, it brings to light the abuse and feelings all women have at some point. I highly recommend this book to all of my friends! Even though I enjoyed the audible I recommend reading it in hard copy.
