Publisher's summary

"As I sleep, my mind will erase everything I did today. I will wake up tomorrow as I did this morning. Thinking I'm still a child. Thinking I have a whole lifetime of choice ahead of me...."

Memories define us.

So what if you lost yours every time you went to sleep?

Your name, your identity, your past, even the people you love - all forgotten overnight.

And the one person you trust may be telling you only half the story.

Welcome to Christine's life.

A little more to listen but...........

I normally get a book for audible and I keep listening to it even when I am not in the car. I can hardly wait to listen to it while I drive to work and then when I get home I listen to it while I am cooking dinner, etc. This particular one has left me willing it to end because I feel like I am her waking up everyday repeating the same things with 1 little thing changing daily but I have to go through everything else before I get to the change. Which is probably the exact way it was written but I am painfully getting through it because I don't like to leave books without an ending. It's probably just me but it is not the best I have listened to. So sorry for the review.

Could not stop... Really good.

For some reason this one hooked me from the beginning. Lost all kinds of productivity listening. Great. Loved it.

You Won’t Want To Put It Down

This psychological thriller does not disappoint. It has plenty of suspense and unexpected twists and turns. The narrator, Orlagh Cassidy, performs this nail biting tail beautifully. She captures the nuances of each character, especially of Christine, Claire, and Dr. Nash. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes psychological thrillers like Gone Girl or The Girl on the Train. Bravo to the author, S.J. Watson on this well-written, riveting tale.

Worth a listen

The narration is great. I actually searched out other books Orlagh Cassidy has narrated because I liked her so much.

The book itself is worth a listen although its very repetitive (yes, we know you don't remember!) and a bit juvenile in parts. However, even though I had figured out the twist, I had not and that's pretty damn impressive and worth the credit.

Loved it!

What do we have if we don’t have our memories? The ending was bittersweet because we don’t really know what happens!

Very repetitive and seemed to drag on

This story took forever to get to the baseline and kept repeating that she forgets things. It definitely didn’t keep my interest and i found my thoughts wandering while I listened.

Really?

If I had written this review half way through the book, it would have been better. I wasted my time listening to the entire book, waiting for a dramatic, satisfying conclusion. The ending left me hating the entire book.
