I LOVE Audible.
I have absolutely NO Idea.
High Noon by Nora Roberts
Johanna Parker, or Susan Erikson
I didn't get very far in the audiobook. While the plot sounds good the actual delivery of the storyline leaves so much to be desired. I couldn't root for the heroine because she seemed way to weak. While I understand that there may be residual feelings left for your first love whom abruptly left, the heroine immediately fell into the hero's arms with no reservations. She held no animosity and only the slightest bit of query into why he left.
Additionally the narrator of this story was awful. She had this weird British/American accent that was completely distracting. Additionally she had weird pacing that just kept throwing me out of the story and I became more focused on how odd the narration was then the actual storyline. I eventually gave up not even a quarter of the way through the story and sincerely wished I didn't waste my credits.
