Slow burn, huge finish

This book was difficult to engage with at first but well worth the wait. An explosive and raw Stephen King finish awaits those patient enough to get through the meticulous character development at the begining. Very fun to listen to King himself read the book as well. Its cool to get the unique insight that can only come from the author orating his own work.

This book is a home run

This book was a home run. my wife and I read it and agree it's a page turner. Now I've read it twice and enjoyed it just as much as I did the first time. Added Bonus!!! It's read by Stephen King himself.

Loved everything about this story - a lot of complexity, which is where King shines.

All of it - especially the love stories that were intertwined with the overall plot.

When he's on - Stephen King is brilliant. This is definitely one of his best.

So glad I purchased this! I've been listening to it while at work and it makes my day go by so much faster. Great story, I'm loving every minute of it. Highly recommend!

Outstanding. Great style and story.

One of King's best. A ghost story that rivals his two novels set in Colorado. This one shines. Really enjoyed the reading, the musical transitions, and the half hour interview at the end of the book.

An easy story to get lost in

I love listening to King read his writing. This is a great story overall. Stay tuned for the interview.

I love this book.

It’s good. It’s weird. It has atmosphere in the scenes and depth in King’s characters. I can’t think of anything not good. If you can’t handle sexual themes or coarse language, then this book may be wrong for you. That’s all I can think of. Other than that, I think you’ll enjoy it.

Phenomenal but sad story

I love this book, terrifying, sad and gut wrenching. I am certainly recommending this book. Good luck

pretty good, a bit slow at times, but a good story. topical of this author.

This was a interesting story. At times hard to follow hut it all comes together in the end. Not predictable at all.
