Any additional comments?

A nice rounding out for the trilogy. This time the story is more straightforward with not as many illusions to other Bible stories like the last ones had. However, the history points like the burning of Rome and the early Church going to the ends of the earth to preach the Gospel add a lot of historical realism to the story. The three main characters are realistic like the other books have had and again they are not perfectly pious and supporting characters aren't characters of non-Christians. My biggest complaint is how much the story focuses on Atretes' being mean. To be fair, it is part of the story and drives his character's decisions but when half the book is how much of a jerk Atretes ends up being it gets a little weary in reading. However, overall, the trilogy was a great read and this final book is well worth the read. Final Grade - A

I love how Theo kept encouraging Risbon to love Atretes unconditionally even when he was so unlovable.

It was such an encouragement to me to live out my faith daily and to love even when it’s hard.

3rd book contines Atretes life not Hadassah's

The third book follows the life of Atretes, the book is amazing but there's a lot more miracles in this book that I know a lot of people have a hard time grasping or accepting.

Francine Rivers does a great job describing spiritual warfare.

I feel like book 3 could have been its own series.
