Amazing Series
This was my first K'wan book and my introduction into the urban fiction genre I just searched hood books and it was the first book I saw, so glad I stumbled upon this book. The story is cutthroat with lots of suspence. The character development is amazing especially how everything tied together at the end. Looking forward to reading more books of his!

Long awaited masterpiece

The love story in the mist of all the murder and mayhem!
What about Cary Hite’s performance did you like?
Cary Hite's voice helps put the reader right front and center in the middle of the action.
If you could rename Animal, what would you call it?
I would not rename the book. Anmial fits perfectly!

I had been anxiously waiting the release of this novel since the last page of Eviction Notice. K’wan did not let me down. He had me crying, laughing, & at times I was even at the edge of my seat. I sure hope I don’t have to wait an entire year for the next installment!

Love the voice reading it
Would you consider the audio edition of Animal to be better than the print version?
I can't say enough about the voice.
Which character – as performed by Cary Hite – was your favorite?
I liked animal...Cary really had a way of switching up his voice to distinguish between characters even the ladies..
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
I felt connected even though I have never lived this type of life it's like you become connected to the characters and their stories
